It was a real shock for me when I heard about <strong>tea health risks</strong>. I hit upon an article on the Web about tea health risks that I actually did not believe at first. But when I investigated this topic a bit deeper, I realized that it made sense. Besides, I watched myself for a while and some of the tea health risks proved to be true.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
For instance, some time ago I noticed a kind of sleep disorder, but definitely could not think of any tea health risks. I sleep well but it might take several hours to fall asleep. I heard that teas contain some amounts of caffeine but could not think it can be some sort of tea health risk. Actually, it is, although not very serious.  Some scholars say that tea contains even more caffeine than coffee. By the way, if you drink decaf teas, there are also some <strong>tea health risks</strong> that you might face. At least, I know for sure that the decaf process removes some beneficial substances like antioxidants from tea. <span id="more-240"></span><br />
&nbsp;<br />
Fortunately, I didn’t face any other tea health risks but I have found a lot of other info about them. For instance, did you know that drinking very hot tea, above 158 F may cause esophageal cancer? So, to reduce this tea health risk, better drink your tea when it is something like 140 F.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
Places where tea was grown also affect further tea health risks. A lot of teas grow in China and India – countries that have some really polluted areas.  Therefore, it’s better to carry out a kind of investigation and find out which province your tea was grown in. Needless to say, <strong>tea health risks</strong> are higher if teas come from polluted provinces.</p>

Sure, I do not mean some very serious popcorn health risks. But if you are trying to lose weight or just control your weight, eating popcorn can be risky.<br />

Do not forget that obesity is one of the major health problems for the American nation. By all means, we are trying to stop this epidemic, which is why I think it’s important to talk about popcorn health risks. Besides, these days, popcorn is considered as a healthy alternative to all other kinds of snack like cookies, nuts, and so on.<br />

So, let me tell you briefly my story about popcorn health risks. The thing is that I didn’t consider popcorn as something that would make me gain weight. What is more, I really liked going out for movies or just watching TV at home with a small bucket of popcorn. <span id="more-236"></span><br />

After a while, I noticed that I put on weight significantly, and it took me a lot of time and efforts to get rid of it. In a few months, I hit upon several very interesting articles about <strong>popcorn health risks</strong>, and I was so surprised.<br />

As it turned out, popcorn health risks do exist or if to be more precise, popcorn makes people put on weight. I even can say that we are all being fooled a bit. The main popcorn health risk boils down to the fact that popcorn is cooked with fat or sprayed with fat. Even the smallest portions of popcorn contain 20 and more grams of fat. And if you eat a large bucket of popcorn, you will receive 80 grams of fat (or 130 grams if you have additional butter in your popcorn). You know, this popcorn health risk can be compared with 5 Big Macs that I presume you will never eat.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
So, is there a way to reduce <strong>popcorn health risks</strong>? The only way out that I found was reducing portions of popcorn that you consume. When you go to the cinema, do yourself a favor and do not buy it at all or buy the smallest bucket and share it with someone.</p>
