If you have already started to smoke you should do everything possible to reduce smoking to minimum. The best way to give up smoking is to ask for professional help just by saying “Help me stop”. There exist different organizations that help people stop; the American Cancer Society is one of them (you can easily reach them through www. cancer. org or by calling 800 ACS 2345). Your sincere desire and ability to sacrifice for the benefit of your health will make you a good example not only of a non-smoker, but of a person who could win one’s weaknesses.
